Requirement Details
● Chicken Paws (intact skin and bone) 30 x 40’ Containers (Approximately
800 MT)
The products MUST MEET the following standards and specifications:
● Specification
○ Grade: GRADE A
○ Country of Origin: Brazil
○ Packaging: According to seller’s standards/carton boxes
○ Washed: Clean and fresh plucked, free from residual feathers
○ No black spots: Drained of blood and no bruises
○ No odors or excessive blood stains
○ Viscosity: Less than 2%
○ Fractions: Less than 2%
○ Frozen:At 40 below zero degree Celsius (- 40°C)
■ Transported at 10 to 18 below zero Degree Celsius
■ Stored at -20 below zero Degree Celsius
■ Drip Drying: 1°C – 5°C for 8 hours, water content below 2%
○ Freezing process: IQF- Individually Quick Frozen
Examination/inspection:
■ Inspection Standards:
The goods will be inspected to ensure compliance with the
specifications outlined in this agreement, including size, weight,
cleanliness, moisture content, and adherence to food safety
standards such as HACCP/GACC and ISO.
■ Timing and Location:
Pre-shipment inspection will be conducted at the Seller’s facility.
Final inspection may occur upon delivery at the Buyer’s designated location.
■ Responsibility:
A third-party inspection agency (e.g., SGS or equivalent),
approved by both Buyer and Seller, will conduct the examination.
The Seller will bear the cost of pre-shipment inspection.
■ Non-Compliance Resolution:
If the goods fail to meet the agreed specifications, the Seller will
take corrective action, which may include replacement of noncompliant goods or issuing a refund, as mutually agreed.
■ Inspection Certificate:
An inspection certificate issued by the third-party agency must
accompany the shipment as part of the required documentation.

○ Production Age: Not exceeding 60 days from the date of shipment
○ Chicken Weight:
■ Paws : 35g – 40g per piece.
■ The shank portion of the chicken paws must be less than
1.5cm or not more than 1.8cm in length. For the named parts,
please refer to the photo in Appendix 1.
○ Shelf Life: One Year
○ Chicken meat PH range between: 5.6 to 6.2
○ Volatile nitrogenous compounds: Less than 20mt/1000 grams.
○ Total bacterial count: Less than one million cell/gram
○ Peroxide number: Less than 5 ml equivalent / 1 kg external fat
○ Radiation: Free from radiation
○ Meat must be free from Salmonellas Bacteria, Staphylococcus Aereus and Shigella.
○ Meat must be free from colonic whole toxigenic and whole pathogenic bacteria.
○ Meat must be free from spores of fungi and yeasts. Colonic group
shouldn't exceed 3000/grams of chicken meatDelivery Terms
○ The Seller will deliver the chicken parts to Yantian Port - Shenzhen China
(CNYTN) or Fangcheng Port - Guangxi China (CNFAN). The delivery terms will be strictly CIF.
○ The delivery shall be separated into six batches or adjusted according to the
Seller's operational requirements, subject to mutual agreement.
4. Payment Terms
○ 30% Advance TT as Order Confirmation;
○ Shipment commences and makes another 30% after receipt of BL;
○ Balance 40% upon arrival of vessel at destination port.
5. Documentation
○ ISO 9001
○ Commercial Invoice
○ Electronic Invoice of Sale for Export
○ Packing List
○ Certificate of Origin
○ Certificate of Quantity and Quality issued by SGS or similar
○ Bill of Lading - BL (non-negotiable)
6. Compliance
○ The goods provided by the seller must meet standard quality requirements and comply with China Customs' quality inspection standards.
