Requirement Details
We are a reputed and established company based in Gujarat, India, operational since 1978. Our core business lies in manufacturing couplers, bogies, and other large-scale components for the Railway and Mining sectors.
To meet our growing production needs, we require a consistent and high-quality supply of Heavy Melting Scrap (HMS). Our current daily consumption is 50 tons, with plans to scale up to 500 tons/day in the near future.
Material Requirements:
- Only HMS scrap free from chemical contamination (scrap from chemical industries is not acceptable)
- Material Thickness: 10 mm to 100 mm
- Material Size: Up to 24 inches
Required Chemical Composition:
- Carbon: Max 0.20%
- Silicon: Max 0.50%
- Manganese: Max 0.80%
- Phosphorus: Max 0.20%
- Sulphur: Max 0.20%
- Nickel: Max 0.50%
- Chromium: Max 0.50%
- Molybdenum: Max 0.50%
