2 Composting Process Monitoring
Maintain proper aeration and temperature levels (55-70°C) during decomposition. Regularly turn and mix the compost to ensure uniform breakdown. Monitor pH levels, nutrient content, and moisture to maintain quality.

3 Final Product Testing
Conduct laboratory testing to ensure NPK levels, C:N ratio, and microbial safety. Random sampling from each batch before packaging. Ensure absence of heavy metals, toxins, and pathogens.

4 Packaging & Labeling
Use eco-friendly, moisture-resistant packaging materials. Proper labeling with batch number, manufacturing date, nutrient composition, and certifications. Ensure compliance with national and international export regulations.

5 Storage & Distribution
Store vermicompost in a well-ventilated, dry place to maintain quality. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock management. Ensure proper handling and transportation to prevent contamination.

5. Corrective & Preventive Actions
Regular internal audits and quality inspections. Address deviations immediately through corrective measures. Training programs for employees on quality control practices. Customer feedback analysis to improve product standards.

7. Compliance & Certification
Regular quality assurance audits for compliance. Adherence to environmental sustainability guidelines. Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for organic fertilizer production.

8. Policy Review & Updates
