As lifetime travel and fitness lovers, we knew we’d found our special place when we settled in the little white village of Sitges, just outside Barcelona. The ocean, the scenery and the climate made this not only the perfect place to live, but also a great place for outdoor sports and fitness all year round. It was the ideal setting to start something we feel is unique: a Bootcamp that combines Mediterranean food and charm with world-class fitness and wellness. Our goal has always been quite simple: to start you off on a slimmer, fitter, fuller life.
