Appearance of Potato Tubers
Whole, dry, clean, healthy, fresh, not wilted, not sprouted, free from growths, cracks, of one botanical variety, uniform in shape and skin color, free from damage by agricultural pests, with small and shallow eyes, not greened, and without brown spots caused by heat exposure.

Internal Appearance of Tubers
The color typical for the botanical variety. Rusty (iron) spotting, internal cavities, black heart, and other internal defects are not permitted.

Flesh Color
White or yellow.

Shape of Tubers
Round or round-oval.

Odor
Characteristic of fresh potatoes, without foreign odors.

40-90 mm.
