Purchase Requirements - Parboiled Rice

Quantity:

• We require 50 kilograms of parboiled rice.

Preferred Transaction Process:

• Payment via Document against Payment (D/P) for compliance with Nigerian regulations.
• Approval and allocation of foreign currency through our bank are prerequisites for payment.

Transaction Procedure:

1. Upon receiving the proforma invoice, we'll seek bank approval and allocation of foreign currency.
2. Payment equivalent to the invoice amount will be made to your bank under suspense account.
3. Stamped and signed copy of the proforma invoice will confirm the order.
4. Shipment and shipping documents will be sent to the bank for payment collection.
5. Telegraphic transfer will be initiated by the bank for swift remittance upon document verification.
