We into sales and marketing services. .we are Days Group Company Limited .we are SUGAR importer and distributor of high market coverage in Ghana local market across the 16 regions in Ghana and other buyers in our neibouring countries. We are also export cocoa product such us cocoa nibs,cocoa better,cocoa liquor and cocoa poweder.we accept secure international trade principles such as BG,LC,BANK DOCUMENT COLLECTION PAYMENT AGAINST COPY BL .
PROCEDURES START WITH TRIAL SHIPMENT FOB WHICH THE BUYER PAYS HIS OWN FREIGHT AT THE DESTINATION PORT BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT ( T T) PAYMENT OF 30% FOR NEXT TRANSACTION WHICH IS THE CONTRACT of 12500MT X 04 in a YEAR..
1. when the supplier agreed to supply, first the supplier been the of 104 MT UP WARDS will commence shipment of such small quantity after signed and sealed of the PI,ICPO ,SPA for both contract and the TRIAL.
2.The supplier/seller after shipment send the BL document copy to his own bank at the LOADING country to swift a copy of the BL to the BUYER bank .
3. upon BUYER receiving the document ,the buyer authenticate the shipment then the buyer pay the AGREED INVOICE money within a period the before the vessel arrived at the destination port.
4.upon the seller / supplier receiving the swift MT103 of the money at his bank ,the seller bank send the ORIGINAL BL TO THE BUYERS BANK FOR THE BUYER TO HAVE FULL POSSESION OF HIS GOODS.
AFTER the buyer receive his goods the buyer moves to start the contract base on the agreed signed contract.failure for the buyer to excute the contract the buyer pay $ 6000 to the seller as liability.and the seller can now send swift demand of the liability to the buyer bank for payment after 2weeks of concellation of the contract.
