Everest International Limited emerged in 1983 as a modest turnkey project builder in Bangladesh, backed by humble beginnings. By 1992, it formalized its presence as Everest International Ltd. (EIL), establishing itself as a joint venture Limited company headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Since its inception, EIL has steadily expanded its horizons.

In 1999, it diversified into importing and distributing various branded lighting, power, and air conditioning products. Notably, in 2004, EIL ventured into importing and distributing EMERSON brand power and air conditioning products, primarily targeting the Telecom, IT, and Industrial sectors in Bangladesh.

Throughout its 25-year journey, EIL has demonstrated resilience and fiscal prudence, evolving into a company of formidable economic stability. EIL's core activities encompass the import, distribution, installation, commissioning, and after-sales servicing of electromechanical projects. Additionally, it engages in civil construction projects, including roads and various developmental undertakings.

Complementing its operational framework is the EIL Services center, strategically located at House # 61, Road # 16, Section #14 Uttara, Dhaka. This facility is fully equipped to deliver comprehensive servicing and testing solutions.

Furthermore, EIL maintains a dedicated warehouse, ensuring seamless access to essential equipment and spares, thereby facilitating prompt delivery to its esteemed clientele.
