The founding partner, Engineer Victor Manuel Urbina Bolland, boasts the prestigious Mexican National Chemistry Prize of 2004 and a career that commenced in 1968.

His pioneering efforts in the manufacture of foliar fertilizers in Latin America have established enduring relationships with globally recognized companies, including Bayer, Rhone Poulenc, Chemistry HOECHST, and BASF Mexicana.

Engineer Urbina, a luminary in the development of fulvic acids, has dedicated his life to formulating groundbreaking solutions that exhibit advantages in concentration, composition, and soil fertility. In tandem, Biologist Juan Carlos Flores has dedicated 34 years to the commercialization of foliar fertilizers.

Fitochem, under their joint expertise, has excelled in crafting special fulvic acid formulations for diverse fertilizers, participating in agronomic tests that ascertain the biological effectiveness of fulvic acids across various crops.

Today, Fitochem stands as a specialist in the production and commercialization of organic products, holding the prestigious OMRI Certification.
