GFF Holdings (BD) Ltd. is to set up a business that supports farmers to grow safe and healthy agricultural products for the local and international consumers. To grow and cultivate high yielding crops, vegetables, herbs, tea, fiber crops, grasses, cane, and fruits through owning, rental, and contact farming through good agricultural practice (GAP) standards. Processing, preserve and sell the vegetables, fruits, and all kinds of agricultural produce.

To carry on the business of agricultural farming every description for use as crops, vegetables, inbreed and hybrid seeds, fertilizers, food color and additives, GABA-rice, plants fragrances or poultry and dairy feeds & additives or to import or export the same either as bulk or after packaging in any manner whatsoever and to buy and sell such agricultural products either wholesale or retail or elsewhere and for the said purposes build, maintain, hire or use warehouse houses, processing centers, cold chains, cold storages and all other facilities including plant and machinery that may be required for the purposes of such businesses.

Also, to set up and establish export oriented Agricultural crop food Industry with food processing, manufacture and products and by-products thereof. To cultivate and produce every kind of vegetables, fruits, minerals and all other products of the soil and to prepare, manufacture and render marketable any such produce and to sell, dispose of and deal in any such produce, either in its prepared, manufactured, preserved or raw state and either by wholesale or retail.

To carry on the business of vegetable processing, refrigeration, preservation, and storage of potatoes, fruits, pickles and all other agricultural products, beverage and milk products.

To carry on the business as Manufacturing Import of all kinds of Fertilizers, composts, growth hormones, polythene sheets, plastic trays, sticks, hyper coating materials for seed coating, bio-fungicide, bio-pesticide. To carry on business of production, manufacture, marketing of poultry and Fish feed with all allied goods and to import, export, buy, sell, supply to the local market and abroad.
