Our main facilities cover a heating furnace, reversing mill of 950mm diameter plus a state-of-art cooling bed. Making full use of the large-size track steel developed by our profile rolling mill collaborating with NISCO, Hyver Steel has invested in a full set of rolls and technical processes.

It has produced the single-grouser track profile with 216, 228, 260 and even 317mm pitches. Among them, S260, jointly developed by Hyver Steel and NISCO Research Institute has much better hardenability and stability. The original patent of 'Y' type rolling process further optimizes the appearance and dimensional accuracy of the profile.
