Kamajeh Minerals (SL) is a well established indigenous mining company that began operation since 2009 in Sierra Leone. It was established by a group of miners and farmers who have been in the mining business for decades, as a means of pulling resources together for mutual benefits of the group and also increasing productivity.
Its main activity involves around mining and exporting of gold (gold bar, gold dust and nuggets), rough uncut Diamond (fancy colors and pure white), and precious metals such as Zircon, tantalite, bauxite, chrome etc, and agricultural produce such as cacao, coffee.
It operates in the northern and southern parts of the country and across Guinea Conakry and Liberia. Kamajeh Minerals (SL) mines and exports good quality gold of both 22 Karats and 24 Karat quality and 91.6% / 99.99% purity, and good quality rough diamond of clarity range: IF/VVS1/VVS2/VS1, VS2, color grade: D – J.
