We started by choosing the best ingredients from all over the world, then we discovered the best temperature to get the crunchiest biscuit at its best, and we definitely package it to keep the cones as fresh as it left KNB Bakery right now.

The challenge has evolved to produce the tasty ice cream powder, and other products have been added to enhance consumer’s desires, such as slush powder and softie ice cream.

Then the challenge of exporting to the Sultanate of Oman started, then to several countries in Africa, and now to all over the world.
