The quality controls start from the procurement of raw herbs to ensure the uncompromised quality of finished products. Raw herbs are procured from the specific geographic regions where it grow under the desired natural conditions to ensure their richness in principle medicinal or nutritive contents for which they are known. We specifically pick those herbs that are rich in principle medicinal essence so as to obtain maximum beneficial extract and a high-grade end-product. Before selection, all the raw herbs are thoroughly inspected and tested as per our predetermined quality parameters.

Perfect fusions of traditional and innovative techniques are used for various production processes, including Extraction, Blending, Filtering, Testing and Packing. All these stages of production are strictly monitored by our quality control experts. This ensures the highest degree of purity with minimal loss of actual medicinal essence, and hence a superlative herbal product. To ensure Safety and Quality, random testing and inspections are conducted regularly, at various stages of production. We have special arrangements to get the consignments sterilized to control microbiological count of the products as and when required by the customers.

Once a product has been produced, it undergoes a series of tests to assure consistency, quality and potency. The finished product is audited by an QC inspector for bulk weight, plate count, sealing and legible lot number, sample are then given to the Quality Assurance Labs, so that scientists can complete testing according to finished product specification. Product Quality is tested for basic parameters like: Nutritional value, Medicinal value, Purity and Effect. After all the processes have been completed and the product has passed the inspection, QAL will release the product. All of our products must meet strict specifications before it is shipped to our customers.
