We check during the manufacturing process. The frequency of inspection depends on the items specified in the quality standard. All production data are recorded for future reference.
Finished product inspection - FQC
All finished products in each case are tested according to our quality specifications. The finished product is sampled according to the acceptability level sampling rate before leaving the production plant to the warehouse.
Outgoing inspection - OQC
Our QA team will inspect any finished products at random in the warehouse before shipment. This final inspection is to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are flawless.
Proper quarantine procedures
Rejected materials are specially marked and moved to quarantine for final processing. Once the product is rejected by the QA team, the material will be withheld until further inspection. If the product does not meet the standard, our quality assurance team has the right to stop the shipment.
