- Monthly Quantity: 1'080mt (40fcl) - Upon successful trial only
- Duration of Contract: 12 Months
- Price: Expecting Quote
- Shipping Terms: CIF (35 to 45 days)
- Insurance: 110%
- Delivery Port: Shenzhen (Yantian CNYTN) or Guangzhou (Nanshan CNNSA) Port, China
- Payment Terms: 100% DLC (MT700 via MT103), non-transferable, irrevocable, against inspection documents.
- Proof of Funds: BCL via MT199 (pending OCBC SOP)
- Inspection: SGS on Seller's Expense at Port of Loading, CCIC on Buyer's Expense at Loading.
- Varia: The buyer is to be present at the loading port for SGS / CCIC Inspection.
