La Leona Waterfall

Our tour starts in Curubandé, 25min from Liberia downtown in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Once you arrive at our location you get ready and then follow us for 10min to the start of the trail. From there we start hiking in the forest to the foot of the Blanco river and that’s where the real adventure starts. We will go around incredible rock formations, canyons, caves, and crystal blue waters until we get to see La Leona Waterfall at the end.

We will start our hike in the forest and next to the Blanco River that comes from Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. In the end, La Leona Waterfall will be waiting for us.

Along the way, we will go through caves, incredible rock formations, and smaller waterfalls before we get to see La Leona Waterfall.
