DEUTZ was founded in 1864 and is a world famous independent supplier of diesel engines. At present, the company has 4 engine factories in Germany and 17 licensed and joint-venture factories (including joint ventures in China), producing diesel engines with output power ranging from 5 to 5000 HP. DEUTZ has been famous for its air-cool diesel engines. In the early 1990’s, the company developed brand-new water-cool engines (1011,1012,1013,1015 etc series, with capacity ranging from 30kw to 440kw). The new series of engines have features of compact size, high capacity, low noise etc.
