2,4,6-Tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, also known as DMP-30, is a chemical substance commonly used as a catalyst for rigid polyisocyanurate foams and in CASE applications. It has a molecular weight of 265.40 and the molecular formula is C15H27N3O.

This pale yellow transparent viscous liquid is soluble in water and has a flash point of 150°C (PMCC). It has a viscosity of 201 mPa.s and a density of 0.97 g/cm3 at 25°C. Its hydroxyl value is 213 mgKOH/g.

DMP-30 is a tertiary amine reaction delayed trimerization catalyst that can be used for semi-rigid and rigid foam applications. It is also used as an epoxy curing accelerator and an acid neutralizing agent.

This chemical substance is widely used for the production of rigid polyisocyanurate boardstock, and it is typically used in combination with other standard amine catalysts.

It is recommended to store DMP-30 in a dry and cool area under appropriate ventilation conditions. The optimum storage temperature for this chemical substance is between 10°C and 30°C. Lower and higher storage temperatures are not preferable and should be avoided.
