1. Material and composition
   
   304 stainless steel round tube is mainly composed of chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and other elements, of which the chromium content is between 17.019.0% and the nickel content is between 8.011.0%.
   
   This chemical composition makes 304 stainless steel round tube extremely corrosion-resistant and has good oxidation resistance.
   
   
2. Physical and mechanical properties
   
   a. Density: The density of 304 stainless steel round tube is 7.93g/cm³, which makes it relatively light in weight and easy to transport and install.

   a. Processing performance: 304 stainless steel round tube has good processing performance and can be formed by cold processing, hot processing and other methods. This gives it greater flexibility in the manufacturing process.
   
   b. Welding performance: 304 stainless steel round tube also has good welding performance and is easy to connect with other materials.
   
   However, due to its low thermal conductivity and large linear expansion coefficient, special attention should be paid to prevent the generation of residual stress and the occurrence of thermal cracks and precipitation embrittlement during welding.
