This model makes updates on all mechanic, electric and pneumatic parts, we add the ultrasonic system and hot air device to seal cups. We adopt the main open single turn-plate system, design detective. The protective door and counting table are added for improving the safety and saving labor costs(optional). The machine can finish its whole process includes paper feeding, side sealing, bottom punching, feeding, heating knurling, top curling, cup collection.

The characteristic of the machine:
1.Cup top curling and bottom knurling are finished by separate turn-plates, and adopt the direct bottom working,which is more efficient than chain and active axis.
2.Replace gear box system into open cam for the dividing moving, which is more stable and reliable for the high speed running and maintenance.
3. Automatic oil lubrication system instead of manual oil adding way.
4. Adopt the PLC program system in this model, making it more flexible in operation and some urgent stop issue.
5. 8 sensors to detect each key parts, like fan shortage, cup body sealing failure, preparation of bottom roll shortage, cups pipe transferring, cup counting, etc.
6. With automatic cup delivery system and counter.
