One of our key focuses during the design process is to reduce manpower usage. To achieve this, we have developed an automated strip machine that efficiently removes gloves from the formers. Additionally, our machines feature automatic liquid filling capabilities, ensuring that the tanks are always adequately supplied with latex, coagulant, nitrile, rinse, and other required liquids. The tension of the chain machine is automatically adjusted when the limit switch detects the need.

Furthermore, we have incorporated an innovative on-line chlorination tumbler to facilitate glove cleaning. These enhancements aim to minimize the need for manual labor while maximizing product output. Our machines have not only been successfully deployed in Malaysia but have also proven their efficiency in Indonesia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh (Chittagong).
