Biomass-fired hot water boiler, a product by SIA ENERTEK, offers a versatile heating solution for a variety of energy plants, including district heating, local heating, combined heat & power, and industrial energy systems. 

We provide the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of biomass-fired boilers and complete boiler systems.

The boiler system is to be designed for different kinds of biomass, fraction sizes, and lower heat values. The biofuel moisture content range is from 15% up to 60%. The following kinds of biomass can be used in the boiler system: wood chips, sawdust, shavings, bark, forest residues, sod peat, and milled peat (40% in mixture). 

The boiler system thermal power range we offer is from 1MW up to 20MW.

The boiler system consists of:

- fuel silo (walking floor or another)
- fuel conveying system (scrapper chain or screw type)
- Biomass feeding system (hydraulic or screw type)
- Biomass combustion system (furnace)
- Hot water or steam generator (hot water boiler or steam boiler)
- Flue gas filtration system (multi-cyclone, electrostatic filter, or bag filter)
- Other boiler plant equipment and accessories (economizers, heat exchangers, accumulation tanks, pumps, etc.)
- water and steam piping, water chemical treatment, steam boiler de-aeration system,  condensate return, pump module, etc.

- Flue gas piping and chimney
