Bitumen Emulsion, also known as emulsified bitumen, is a versatile product widely used in surface treatments within the energy and power sector. Originating from Iran, our emulsified bitumen is designed to ensure optimal performance in various applications.

Unlike traditional hot mix asphalt cements, our emulsion enables application at significantly lower temperatures, ranging from 45°C to 70°C, minimizing the risk of damage to asphalt and ensuring enhanced safety for field personnel during installation.

Comprising bitumen droplets suspended in water, this dispersion is made possible through the addition of emulsifying agents, which prevent coalescing of droplets.

The emulsification process, which involves treating water with emulsifying agents and other chemicals, followed by colloid milling to break down bitumen into tiny droplets, results in a stable and effective product suitable for a wide range of surface treatments.
