Bronze/Brass Wear Plates for Heavy Load Bearing Systems

Various types of bronze wear plates are available: a) Fully finished machined bronze wear plates and b) Self Lubricating bronze wear plates.

a) Fully Machined Bronze Wear / Bearing Plates: These plates are machined to close tolerance and provided with grease holes and grooves for external lubrication.

b) Self Lubricating Bronze Wear Plate : These wear plates are used in hard to reach areas where lubrication is difficult, for use over long periods without maintenance, at elevated temperatures. Self-lubrication in bronze wear plates is achieved by providing graphite plugs which provides continual lubrication.

These plates are provided with mounting holes.
