BS-D75 small copper granulator is a highly cost-effective machine with high accuracy. Capacity about 70KG/H, small size simple structure which occupies a small space reduces your investment. It is suitable for recyclers with low investment and small quantities of scrap cable wires.

Different Parts For Different Functions
1. Crushing equipment: the main crusher, and the blades will finish the crushing process.
2. Separation equipment: air separator device, wind and screen mainly complete the initial separation of copper and plastic.
3. Small vibrating bed, vibration will carry out secondary separation.
4. PCL control system: you can control the operation of the whole machine by this part.

Working Process
1. Waste cables are cut by crusher blades and you can obtain 3 to 5mm cable particles.
2. Mixed waste cable particles are largely separated from copper and plastic by wind and gravity.
3. Copper and plastic are separated again by a small vibrating table to obtain pure copper and pure plastic.
4.  Copper outlet gets pure copper, plastic outlet gets pure plastic.
