Cumin Seeds (Ground Spice)

Cumin Seeds are the dried, white fruit, greyeish brown colored seeds with a strong aromatice odor.

They are largely used as condiment and form an essential ingridient to all generally acclaimed mixed spices. Being somewhat spicy and bitter in taste , they add a unique flavor to curry powder for soups, pickles and for seasoning breads and cake.
