Doubld stage vacuum extruder/fired clay brick making machine JKY55/55 

Golden Bull series red brick machine JKY is a double stage vacuum extruder, which is used to produce all kinds of solid and hollow bricks such as fired clay bricks, refractory shale bricks, sintered coal gangue bricks, fired fly ash bricks, refractory river sludge bricks.

Structure:
The machine is welded with high quality carbon steel and consists of four parts: upper mixer, lower extruder, vacuum system and pneumatic system.

Work principle:
The ready raw material is fed into the mixing box being mixed then pushed into the vacuum chamber, where most of air in the material is extracted by a vacuum pump. So the plasticity, adhesion and density of the material is improved. The material is finally extruded into a continuous column which can be cut into solid or hollow bricks.
