Double FRP Self-Supporting Optical Cable (GYFFY) for Overhead & Underground Laying

The Double FRP Self-Supporting Optical Cable (GYFFY) is a cable designed for short-span overhead or underground installations. It features high fiber capacity, non-metallic reinforcements for tensile strength, and excellent water-blocking properties.

Available in both dry and oil-filled types, it always performs solid no matter what the environmental condition is. It is manufactured by the Chinese company Guangdong Langxun Optical Communications Co., Ltd.

The optical cable structure is to place the 250μm colored optical fiber in a PBT loose tube, with two non-metallic reinforcements as reinforcement and support, and a layer of PE outer sheath extruded on the surface.
