APPLICATION

Most frequently encountered contaminants in oil are water and solids. These contaminants are detrimental to the performance and life of the oil. Oil filtration stations are intended for filtration of industrial oils from mechanical impurities, free and partially dissolved water, carbon black, water soluble acids and alkalis. The plant is intended for any industrial, turbine, compressor, transformer etc. oils.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATON

Oil is fed from contaminated oil vessel by means of oil pump to heal heater, after heating it is fed to coarse filter. After coarse filter oil is processed by means of fine filters. Clean is fed to clean oil vessel.

Transformer Oil Treatment System can remove water and gas in the insulating oil under high temperature and vacuity. it use more precise filter system to filter out impurities(filtering precision: 1-3um). It ia mainly used for purification of oil for transformer with voltage higher than 220kv. It can increase oil breakdown voltage by at least 40kv.They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cylic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.
