It is a developing equipment on normal ultrasonic gear box paper cup machine. We add the open cam together with automatic lubricating oil system to support the stable running of machine.

Besides the ultrasonic system seal paper cup body, which can solve the problem that double side PE coated paper cannot be sealed by the heater, only by changing the raw material.

Ultrasonic sealing can also reduce the printing color (the full printing of paper fans) fading issue caused by copper heater. If you ask for bigger cups, over 14oz, will need model DS-L16/L22.
