Shilong Chemical's EPS sandwich panel adhesive is easy to use, simplifying the manufacturing process. Its convenient application process allows for quick and efficient bonding. Simply mix the components thoroughly, ensuring a proper blend of the polyester polyol mixture (Component A) and the polymerized MDI mixture (Component B). The recommended mix ratio is 5:1 to 4:1 by weight.

To achieve optimal results, prepare the bonding surface by ensuring it is clean and free from any water or putty. Apply the adhesive evenly, using a zigzag scraper with 5mm teeth space and 4mm teeth depth or a roller. For honeycomb sandwich panels, a slightly higher amount of adhesive is recommended.

After applying the adhesive, cover the material with pressure for approximately 60 minutes until the adhesive solidifies. This step ensures a strong and secure bond. For best results, store the adhesive in a cool and dry place, away from water, and seal any unused glue in the barrel to prevent curing.

Storage The shelf life is 6 months in the cool and dry place. The unused glue in the barrel should be sealed to avoid curing

Instructions for use:
1. Mixing component A and component B completely by motor stirrer. Mix ratio of A and B is 5:1~4:1 by weight.
2. Clean the target material surface. Ensure no water or putty on the surface.
3. Evenly spread the adhesive, about 150~300 g/m2 with zigzag scraper of 5mm teeth space and 4mm teeth depth. Or spreading with roller. If making honeycomb sandwich panel, spreading more glue.
4. Cover the material with raising pressure for 60 minutes until the adhesive solidified.
Sealed store in a cool and dry place, avoid contact with water.
