Our Single Screw Mbbr Filter Media Production Line comprises several essential components. It includes a Vacuum Loader for efficient material loading, a Hopper Dryer to remove moisture from the materials, and a GB-SJ65/28 Single Screw Extruder for precise extrusion. The production line also features PE MBBR pipe moulds, a Vacuum Cooling Tank, a Water Cooling Trough, a Haul-off Machine, a Flying Cutting Machine, and a Storage Silo.

One of the key advantages of our MBBR Filter Media is its rapid carrier biofilm formation mechanism. This enables quick establishment of the biofilm, resulting in enhanced performance in decarburization and ammonia nitrogen removal.
