PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

4. The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, ensure printing precision.
5. Motorized digital phase adjustment with “automatic zero return” and “memories” function ( options: PLC control with touch screen)

DIE-CUTTING UNIT:
1. This machine adopt the die cutting way to replace the traditional way of slotting,It can finish multi processes one time such as: slotting, creasing, trimming, corner cutting
2. Adopt imported Arc blade knife , The cutting surface is smooth , without burrs
3. The gap between the rubber roller and blade roller is adjusted manually,Soft roller lift-down, adopt pneumatic control.
4. The rubber roller adopts mechanical CAM groove horizontal movement (40mm) structure
5. The transmission adopts the cross sliding block structure and spray lubrication, which makes the transmission more stable and effective.
