Slitting machine: one of the automatic code brick equipment. The equipment adopts a steel frame welding structure. Its function is to quickly transfer the mud that the extruder continuously extrudes to the required length, and then quickly transfer the next equipment. The steel wire and mud bar are relatively stationary, which greatly shortens the material heads at both ends when cutting the blank, thereby improving productivity.
Cutting machine: one of the automatic yard brick equipment, composed of axial and cutting. It firstly uses the belt to catch and position the mud sticks quickly sent by the cutting machine, and then transfers them to the blank cutting device through a roller. The cutting device uses the steel wire tensioned on the cutting arm to cut the sludge into the required specifications.
The use of automatic cutting machine is to vertically cut the molding bolar strips extruded from brick-make machine, and automatically measure and cut the length in order to cut in the equal segment. It's used with single and double jaw brick-make machine.
