Thailand sugar mills have efficiency teams whose job it is to streamline and economize all processes in the plant. Recycling is also a high priority, with the sugar cane fiber often burned to power the facility. Seller forwards Draft Contract signed and sealed
Contract are agreed upon hard copies signed and exchanged via DHL, mail, fax (Buyers choice)
Buyer:
a) issues a non operative L/C for sellers bank
or
b) issues a swift MT799 for proof of funds (POF). Seller reply through the same swift by proof of product (POP) bank to bank and
than buyer issues a non-operative L/C for sellers bankSeller activates the non-operative L/C by issuing 2 % PB & POP
Delivery begins as per schedule of shipments in contract agreed between buyer/seller until completion of the contract quantity
