Nano Thermal Insulation Masterbatch - High Transparency & Infrared Blocking

Heat Insulation Masterbatch is a raw material for producing insulation plastic sheets or films, which is mixed and made through nano filled particle technology. It has excellent absorption and barrier properties for infrared radiation. The insulation board or film produced with this mother batch has the characteristics of strong weather resistance, high clarity, and excellent insulation indicators.

Product Features

-    The particle size of nano thermal insulation particles is between 40-50nm, and their ultrafine particle characteristics ensure that they do not have adverse effects on the physical properties of plastics;

-    Good transparency and high insulation rate. When VLT reaches 70%, the infrared blocking rate reaches over 99%;

-    The infrared barrier band is wide, and it has excellent barrier performance in the range of 800-2500nm, thus having significant thermal insulation effect;

-    High clarity, made of PET/PE/PP/PC/PMMA insulation products with a haze value below 0.5;

Strong weather resistance, using pure inorganic metal oxides as the active ingredient, without fading, and with no performance degradation.
