The dimensions, excluding cables, are 89 x 25 x 69 mm, and the head materials include SST, Nickel alloy, and Epoxy Adhesive. The nozzle plate surface is coated SST, housing 4 x 320 nozzles with a nozzle spacing of 0.1693 mm and a nozzle density of up to 600 npi.
Operational convenience is ensured with an integrated heater and thermistor for temperature control, allowing an operator temperature range of up to 80°C. The native drop volume is 7 pl, while the drop volume range spans from 7 to 35 pl, propelled at a drop velocity of 7 m/s with a jetting frequency of up to 60 kHZ. Its compatibility with water inks and a life span of 100 billion actuations per nozzle solidify its place as an industry-leading product.
