PEEK Bar PEEK5600CF30 30% carbon fiber + 70% PEEK Mechanical Strength

PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. PEEK is used to fabricate items used in demanding applications, including bearings, piston parts, pumps, HPLC columns, compressor plate valves, and cable insulation. It is one of the few plastics compatible with ultra-high vacuum applications.

PEEK is second only in PI in special engineering plastics, but PEEK has better processability and wider processing window than PI to become a cost-effective engineering plastic. PEEK materials are often selected as the highest priority material between 120 and 260 °C.

Different grades have different working environments. PEEK-pure has better toughness and is suitable for use in the sealing industry. The added glass fiber can provide PEEK material with certain strength without affecting its electrical properties. It is widely used in Textile printing and dyeing industry; adding carbon fiber can provide PEEK material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, suitable for use in beverage filling and other industries; PEEK5600LF30 is widely made into the wear-resistant parts.
