For the treatment of corrosive gases (such as acid and alkaline waste gas), liquid absorption method is currently commonly used for treatment. The key to using liquid absorption method to treat this waste gas lies in the selection of purification equipment.

At present, our company has independently developed processes and equipment for purifying tar acid and alkaline waste gases with high purification efficiency, simple operation and management, and long service life. This process and product have the characteristics of simple structure, low energy consumption, high purification efficiency, and wide applicability.

They can effectively remove hydrogen chloride gas (HCL), hydrogen fluoride gas (HF), ammonia gas (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CRO3), cyanide hydrogen acid gas (HCN), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) formalin HCHO and other water-soluble gas acid mist exhaust gases are introduced into the purification tower through air ducts.

After passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid undergo gas-liquid two-phase full contact absorption and neutralization reaction. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and demisted by a mist removal plate before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan.

The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower, sprayed down at the top of the tower, and finally returned to the bottom for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the local emission standards of Guangdong Province Release requirements and lower than national emission standards.
