Our three-components inject machine, model LZ905, supports a range of foam types, including soles, insoles, and walking shoes, with an inject flux of 30g-100g/s (configurable).

The machine allows for manual or automatic injection, making it easy to customize the production process. Its compact dimensions (2.1M wide, 2.35M high, and 3.5M long) and weight (1.5 tons) ensure convenience and efficiency.

The pneumatic molds production line offers flexibility with mold stations ranging from 24 to 120, all equipped with automatic open and close functionality.

The workstations are constructed with durable 3mm iron plates and feature a water recycling system for mold heating, with a 150L water heating box made of 304 stainless steel.
