The PVC Glue Coating and Drying Line is for high-capacity production of electrophoretic parts. This is a product of Kunshan Tiansheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. They are based in Jiangsu, China.

Process speed and capacity

Adopting continuous operation, one hanger hangs 2 parts on a double-sided single layer, and the production chain speed is 1.2 meters per minute (Note: 0.5-2.5m/min variable frequency adjustable), with an average of 32 hangs and 72 finished products per hour.

The time for the assembly line to run one circle is 80 minutes. Estimated capacity: 860 pieces in a single shift of 12 hours, and 1720 pieces in a double shift of 24 hours. This production line has commendable product quality. It has an annual surplus capacity of 400,000 pieces and undertakes PVC glue drying business such as automotive parts.
