SD3 Drilling Head

SD3 is a selfeeder drilling unit with an oil damper for air feed or hydraulic valve to control the feeding rate. The accuracy of spindle nose is strictly under 0.003mm and maximum drilling capacity up to 6mm (S45C).
This unit allows to perform all types of machining applications such as drilling, chamfering, reaming and countersinking.

Feature:
1. Standard 3-phase AC motor 0.4kW is included, optional maximum power up to 0.75kW
2. Belt driven at fixed speed and incorporate a Poly-V belt
3. Spindle taper ER16, JT1 and JT2 are available
4. Available for servo driven at variable speeds
5. OMRON proximity switch sensors and stand are furnished
6. AC Induction Motor protection IP 54
