Sintered wire mesh laminates is multi-layer of wire mesh / wire cloth diffusion bonded by sintering process under high temperature and pressure.

Each layer of the wire mesh is carefully inspected and cleaned, then laminated and spot welded to form a multi layer plate. After the plate is put into the sintering furnace under high pressure and temperature within time, the adjacent wires partially melt and then merge with each other. Once the sintered laminates cooled with controlled procedure and time, it becomes a rigid, stable and flat piece of sintered wire mesh.
