1. Correct installation and placement
After the machine is placed in the workshop, the ground wire needs to be fully grounded. During the transportation process, manufacturers have wooden boards at the bottom. They need to remove the boards and put on rubber pads. This is to prevent the production process of the wire molding machine. Vibration may occur due to machine operation.

Add regular oil and butter
The oiling locations are mainly crimping, wire feeding boxes, and transmission gears, etc. The organic oil lubrication of the running-in part of the wire molding machine is maintained for a long time. Generally, the butter is checked once a week;
Third, keep the machine clean
Every day before work, employees need to wipe the surface of the wire forming machine clean. If it is not cleaned for a long time, oil may accumulate, there may be changes in circuit parameters, and long-term erosion of dust, which will age the machine surface and affect its appearance.

Fourth, use in normal operation
Special care should be taken not to produce products outside the wire diameter range, so as not to reduce the accuracy of the equipment. The machine needs to be placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture and rust or damage the circuit.
The timely and careful maintenance of the machine can not only maintain the accuracy and stability of the wire forming machine, extend the service life, but also reduce the repair rate of the machine.
