Renofin Ltd, established in 2002 as a limited liability company, has reshaped the construction landscape, focusing on building construction, maintenance, and preservation. Operating solely in Uganda, our primary emphasis lies in residential houses, projects for NGOs, industrial plants, and commercial institutions.

We are currently operating only in Uganda. Our focus is on residential houses; building projects for NGOs, industrial plants and commercial institutions.

To meet the increasing demand for buildings, as well as building repairs and maintenance, RENOFIN Ltd is focusing on capacity building to grow strategically in the building construction market as one of the top service providers.

Renofin Ltd renews run down buildings to the best standards. We carry out building surveys and prepare all documentation for proposed refurbishment and /or change of use. As a turnkey we carry out the works to as specified but most of all to customer satisfaction.

Business goals/mission
As a building construction organization obtaining a permanent place in the building industry is our primary goal. We wish to acquire local and international renown within the next five years. This is aimed at optimizing the East African community market for a start as we prepare for the global market in the future.

We see it as our main mission to provide high quality/higher standards/lower prices/better service to the targeted local and international markets. We will aggressively grow the business 100% every each other year through giving our clients exceptional products that are in line with their dreams.
