* The triamcinolone infection can suppress vascular endothelial growth factor ,          inhibit fibroblast  proliferation and induce scar regression , which may be the          most  important  mechanism of action in the management of keloids .

* Triamcinolone  acetonide  was found to provide more efficient and long                 standing  effect in terms of reducing central macular thickness (CMT) compared    with  the bevacizumab for the treatment of bilateral diffuse diabetic macular          edema (DDME) . 

* Reported more frequent pain relief of greater than 50%  at  short term follow-         up  compared with those who received betamethasone in treatment of kelocids.
