PAA is a drilling, workover or completion fluids additive for the control of lost circulation.It’s Water-swellable, but not water soluble.It is Cross-linked acrylic acid which is stable under normal conditions.It could absorb the water when available, and could releases the water gradually and slowly in dry atmosphere. It could absorb hundred times of the water than its own weight and has excellent water retention properties.
