Grey Hawk’s lugs are made of high conductive copper seamless tubes. These tubes are drawn and cut to required dimensions. They are then annealed properly to make them soft, so that they do not crack during forging. The annealed tubes are then forged and cut using power presses. They are then tin plated to required micron thickness to prevent the copper lug from oxidation.
