(2)Because charcoal powder is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.

(3)We also produce four-rollers charcoal briquette making machine: in order to reduce density between charcoal powder and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal briquette machine, which can press charcoal powder two times.

Customer Notice:
(1) Inlet raw material need less than 5mm, as all know, the smaller the material, the better the briquettes.
(2) The material can't be mixed with metal material, or the mold is easily damaged.
(3) The raw material moisture need be controlled between 12%-15%.
